I am literally OBSESSED with helping women feel th I am literally OBSESSED with helping women feel this way 💕

Those are the best words you could say to me! Are you next? 😏✨

Link in bio to apply for coaching!
Part of what nobody tells you about becoming a fit Part of what nobody tells you about becoming a fitness coach, is the amount of “trauma dumping” you will experience from clients!

This is what surprised me the most when I first started, and arguably one of the BEST parts of my job!!

If you’re a coach too, (or working in any stressful profession involving clients) but find yourself completely drained from client interactions/venting, you may want to consider mindfulness techniques such as meditation or shielding exercises to help you avoid taking on too much & getting burnt out. I struggled with this a lot in the beginning, taking on every single of my clients’ emotions to the point I would sometimes cry after sessions!

But now after 7 years of experience, I am THANKFUL that my clients trust me enough to vent and open up on deep levels. Not only does it benefit THEM, being able to unload burdens in a safe space to a neutral third party, but it enables me to understand them on a much more personal level, ultimately helping me serve them better as a coach! It’s a win-win 💙

The client/coach relationship is truly sacred, and I am forever thankful that my clients feel safe enough to trauma dump. This in itself is healing and more often than not clients report leaving sessions feeling lighter & happier (coincidence? I think not!)

If you’re looking for a safe space to reach your fitness goals while reducing stress, I’m your girl! DM me to apply for coaching, I only have 3 spots left open for February!
My word for this year is ✨JOY ✨ The lovely @m My word for this year is ✨JOY ✨

The lovely @maddiphan_3 brought up this cool idea- having one word that you want to embody in 2023. She posed the question to us on NYE, and at first I had no idea which word I would choose. But the more I thought about it, the answer became obvious: JOY!!!

The past 3 years I’ve been so focused on growing my business, that I somehow forgot to make joy a priority, leading to major depression and the toughest years mentally. I was so stuck in the “hustle” mentality that I lost myself, leading to stress, weight gain and not living in my true purpose.

This year, I am making a promise to myself to prioritize JOY over all else.

No, I will not work 12 hour days and miss my workouts because I’m completely burnt out.

No I will not order take out simply because it’s easy, I will take my time to create healthy home cooked meals that bring me sustenance and joy.

No I will not commit to situations or people that do not serve my highest good or drain my energy.

No I will not put other people’s needs above my own and pour from an empty cup.

And NO I will not forget that each day we have on Earth is a fucking blessing and we are so lucky to be here. 🙏🏻💙

What is your word for this year??
Many clients choose to hire me because I walked a Many clients choose to hire me because I walked a mile in their shoes. Being overweight my whole childhood I definitely can relate to many of my clients struggles of living in a bigger body.

The funny thing is though, I can call them on their bullshit with a deep level of understanding!! 🤪

Yes being in a bigger body does make life hard, but NO there are still so many things you are capable of! We often use our size as an excuse to cop out of uncomfortable exercises or things that seem daunting, but I KNOW that you are capable and that is part of my job as your coach, to help you see your full potential!

Obviously I would never use such harsh language with a client but this audio was too funny not to share 😝

Thoughts? Agree, disagree?
