I want to personally welcome you to my site, as well as point you in the right direction when it comes to the mystifying world of online fitness.

What you’ll find on this page is more about my style of training and the down-low when it comes to finding your perfect personal training fit.

First off let me congratulate you for taking this first step in changing your life by visiting my site! You’ve probably been thinking of working with a trainer for a while, and somehow fate lead you here, to me! So why should you train with me over anyone else?

My approach to training is simple:

-Listen to my clients’ needs and wants

-Provide the tools and resources to maximize clients’ desired results


-Provide ongoing support on my clients’ journey to success.

That’s it. No gimmicks, no bullshit.

Nothing extra or confusing, just a super easy-to-follow workout plan, weekly progress check-ups to keep you accountable, and fantastic results.

You might very well enjoy a very straightforward, simple approach to things, but the real question is:

To be quite honest, a lot of personal trainers out there have never been fat. They can sympathize with your situation but they will never have truly walked in those shoes. They don’t know what it feels like to look down and not see your toes, or to feel out of breath after a flight of stairs, or constantly struggle with portion control… I have. but for the intents of this page all I need to say is…

I get it.

And, I have also seen the other side now. I’ve done the sit ups, and the lunges and the burpees… I made the changes that were necessary to shift my body into a healthier state of being. I’ve come out on the other side a totally new person, someone I never thought I could be. Strong, happy, healthy.

This is great news for you, because that means if I can do it, YOU can do it!

What better way to learn the ins and outs of fitness and weight loss than from someone who’s ACTUALLY done it themselves?!
