Hi! I’m Floriane and since 2016, I’ve been dedicated to helping hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals in the gym. My passion, however, goes far beyond just physical training. I believe a truly great trainer is about more than helping with weight loss or boosting your squat strength – it’s about nurturing your overall wellbeing.

This belief drove me to become a Certified Life Coach, allowing me to forge deeper connections with clients and support them in every aspect of their lives. My dedication to holistic wellness didn’t end there. Inspired by the unique bonds and needs of my clients, I established Flourish Fitness, a welcoming and empowering womens gym in Edmonton. This space is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for women, not only in their fitness endeavors but in their holistic wellness journey.
